Clothing (Boutique) Returns

We care about your experience and want returns to be simple!
    •    Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
    •    Items must be:
    •    Unworn
    •    Unwashed
    •    With all original tags
    •    Items showing wear, perfume, makeup, or damage cannot be accepted

Each return is carefully inspected to ensure items feel 100% new. If standards aren’t met, we’ll send it back.

Note: For Clothing, return shipping is generally covered by the store.

Lingerie Returns

For hygiene reasons, panties, thongs & bodysuits are final sale.
    •    Bras, bralettes, lingerie tops & sleepwear can be returned within 7 days of delivery
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags & hygiene seals intact
    •    Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the item is defective or wrong)
    •    Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment once we receive & approve the return
